Shipping Policy

1. Age & Signature Requirement

All orders require the recipient to be at least 21 years of age. In accordance with federal law, shipments of tobacco and nicotine products require an adult signature (21+) with valid government-issued identification upon delivery. Packages cannot be left unattended and will not be released to anyone under 21.

2. PACT Act Compliance

National Vape Store ships in compliance with the Prevent All Cigarette Trafficking (PACT) Act and applicable state and local regulations. This may affect available carriers, delivery methods, and the states to which we can ship, and may require additional age and identity verification at the time of purchase and delivery.

3. Restricted States & Cities

Due to state and local regulations, we cannot ship to the following states and territories: Arizona (AZ), Arkansas (AR), California (CA), Georgia (GA), Hawaii (HI), Maine (ME), Massachusetts (MA), Nebraska (NE), New Jersey (NJ), New York (NY), Oregon (OR), Puerto Rico (PR), Rhode Island (RI), South Dakota (SD), Utah (UT), Vermont (VT), Virginia (VA), and Washington, D.C. (DC). Orders placed for delivery to these areas will be cancelled and refunded.

In addition, due to local ordinances, we cannot ship any vapor products to the following cities: Chicago, IL; Columbus, OH; and Denver, CO. Orders placed for delivery to these cities will be cancelled and refunded.

This list may change as regulations are updated; it is your responsibility to ensure that your order complies with the laws of your state, city, and locality.

4. Processing & Delivery Times

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days of successful payment and age verification. Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed; actual transit times depend on the carrier, destination, and any additional verification required for age-restricted shipments. You will receive tracking information once your order ships.

5. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your destination and order. Free standard shipping is available on qualifying orders of $75 or more. Shipping fees, once charged, are non-refundable.

6. Title & Risk of Loss

Title and risk of loss for all products pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. If an item is unavailable at the time of shipment, the corresponding amount will be issued as store credit or refunded, and you will only be charged shipping at the rate quoted at checkout.

7. Lost, Delayed, or Undeliverable Packages

If a package is delayed, lost in transit, or returned to us as undeliverable (for example, because no eligible adult was available to sign), please contact us so we can assist. Reshipment of packages returned due to failed delivery may incur additional shipping charges.
