6. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping is subject to applicable federal law, including the PACT Act. Free standard shipping is available on qualifying orders of $75 or more. Shipping fees, once charged, are non-refundable. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. If an item is unavailable at the time of shipment, the corresponding amount will be issued as store credit or refunded, and you will only be charged shipping at the rate quoted at checkout.

7. Returns & Refunds

Because of the nature of the products we sell, returns are limited to items that are defective or damaged on arrival. To be eligible, you must contact us within the return window stated in our shipping communications. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Refunds are processed to the original payment method where possible; after the period permitted by our transaction processor, our system may be unable to issue a refund and store credit may be offered instead.
